All returns are for store credit or exchange only, unless we are unable to accommodate fit for a gift or the product is defective (within 30 days of purchase).
We urge you to contact our expert staff by phone or through the contact page on this site before making a purchase if you have any questions at all about fit, color, fabric, or anything else. We understand that it can be challenging to purchase lingerie online and would be happy to guide you to something that you love (and will fit perfectly, of course)!
Online purchases of full priced items except underwear (bottoms) may be exchanged for another item or for store credit within 14 days of original purchase provided that items are unworn, undamaged, are in their original packaging, and have the original tags attached.
If you are purchasing a gift, what a lovely friend or lover you are! Unless you know your friend or partner’s sizes and style very well, we recommend that you allow them to choose what intimates they would like by purchasing a gift card, or selecting something that does not have an especially specific fit such as pyjamas.
Final sale items that cannot be returned:
In-store purchases by the end wearer (please try things on when you are in the store!)
Sale items, Underwear (bottoms) regardless of whether the item was a gift, and Opened packages of hosiery.
For hygiene reasons, all returns are subject to rejection upon inspection of the item(s).
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there will be some variance on sizing between brands. Fit notes will be made on individual product pages to help advise which size might work best for you.
